These monogrammed earrings on post come in the block font. You have a choice of sterling silver, gold plated, rose gold plated, 10 kt gold  and 14 kt gold. We offer these earrings in 20 mm which is about .78" of an inch.. The posts are soldered in the middle of the backs of these earrings. Perfect earrings for the busy girl who does not like a lot of dangles. We love these earrings for a Graduation Gift.  day.
