*    CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS WILL BE EMAILED TO ADDRESS PROVIDED BY WHOLESALE CUSTOMER.

*    NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED ON CUSTOM ITEMS.

*    ALL OF OUR JEWELRY IS HAND CUT or HAND ENGRAVED AND CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS.  THE PRODUCT WILL REQUIRE THREE WEEKS SHIPPING FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER.

*    WE WILL DROP SHIP TO YOUR CUSTOMER USING STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICES.  THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED PER ITEM.
